The Jerusalem drop box is located at the main consular entrance of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem at 14 David Flusser Street in Arnona,
The drop box is available from Monday to Thursday between 8:00am and 12:30 pm, except on local and federal holidays. No appointment is necessary.
The application processing time for a regular passport is approximately six to eight weeks. Emergency passport applications (for those who qualify to use a DS-82) can also be placed in either box – emergency passports will generally be ready within 3-4 business days.
Parking:
There is ample street parking in the area of the Embassy.
